Juicy home made burgers with a surprise filling of melting cheese. Although the American cheese, Monterey Jack is used, a strong cheddar is an excellent alternative. You could even experiment with other cheeses like Stilton or Gruyere. Tip! These burgers are quite a size and could be made smaller just by halving the quantities. Prawn Creole
