Carnitas mean 'little meats' in Mexico. This recipe can be served as part of a main course with tacos or as appetisers with drinks. Marinaded overnight the slow oven top cooking allows the flavours to develop. Serve with tortillas gaucamole sour cream and black eyed bean salsa. Delicious!
