Braised Beef in Red Wine
In this country we are used to roasting a joint but this one pot way gives a delicious flavour. The vegetables are far too good to discard and the flavours too good to lose. They would then take less time to cook, but it is extremely important for them to be cooked all the way through!

This is really delicious!
