Salmon with Green Peppercorns and OrangeLightly fiery but intriguing with a hint of citrus through delicate salmon. Prepared at the last minute although some ingredients can be prepared well in advance to speed up the process. The fish can be pan fried microwaved grilled or baked according to preference.
