Rack of Lamb with Herb and Mustard Crust

A succulent simple recipe to prepare and eat but looks amazingly professional. It can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and popped in the oven at the last minute. Ask a butcher to prepare French trimmed rack of lamb.
