AfeliaA fantastic combination of light spices served with rice a salad of mixed leaves and warm bread. It is a very simple Greek recipe that is easy  to make as it is slowly casseroled in one pot. Well worth it! The meat can be prepared the day before and left overnight. Use good quality pork fillet from your butcher.

140 ml Red wine 
2 Onion (red) 
2 tbsp Olive oil 
1 tsp Cardamom pods (green) 
1 tbsp Coriander seeds 
1 handful(s) Coriander  (to garnish)
Pepper  (to season)
Salt  (to season)
