Moussaka

A lightly spiced, very moist dish with a wonderful crispy topped cheese sauce.  This classic Greek dish can be prepared 24 hours in advance and popped in the oven to reheat when necessary.  A great informal supper dish for guests!

450 g Lamb (minced) 
140 ml Vegetable stock 
1 Onion(s) 
1 Tomatoes 
3 tbsp Olive oil 
450 g Aubergine(s) 
2 tbsp Parsley 
2 tbsp Tomato puree 
3 tbsp Breadcrumbs 
Nutmeg sprinkle accordingly
40 g Butter 
40 g Flour (plain) 
25 g Cheese 
285 ml Milk 
Pepper to season
Salt to season
