140 ml Chicken stock  
2 tbsp Tequila  
1 tbsp Garlic puree 
2 tsp Pasilla chillies  
12 Olives (green) 
2 tbsp Orange juice 
2 tsp Cumin seeds (black) 
2 tbsp Lime juice 
1 tsp Paprika 
Salt to season
Pepper to season
Crumbly cheese  to garnish (try cheshire or feta)
Coriander to garnish
