Russian SaladThis salad despite its name is a very popular tapas dish in Spain. Its taste is completely different to the tinned variety and is a doddle to prepare with a light binding of mayonaise added just before serving. It can be made in advance and chilled for up to 4 hours.

2 tbsp Sweetcorn 
3 Potatoes 
1 Carrots 
2 Egg(s) 
12 Olives (green) 
3 tbsp Mayonaise 
1/2 Onion(s)
