Stir Fried Lamb with Garlic and GingerThis is a quick and easy recipe for anyone wanting a change from braised or roasted lamb, or indeed lamb chops!  It's unusual ingredients include ginger, sherry and sesame oil.  The more you marinate the lamb fillet, the better the flavours will be.

Ingredients for   servings  
350 g Lamb, neck fillet, raw, lean 
2 tbsp Sherry, medium 
2 tbsp Sauce, soy, dark, thick 
1 tbsp Teriyaki soy sauce 
1 tbsp Sesame oil 
6 Garlic clove(s) (peeled and chopped)
3 cm Ginger root, raw (peeled and chopped)
1 Leeks (peeled and thinly sliced)
4 Spring onions, bulbs only, raw (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Vegetable oil

This is delicious! It was really easy to understand and the image of the ginger made it easy for me to chop the right amount.
