A bit fiddly and time consuming but looks very impressive! Ideal for beginners at sushi and anyone who is unsure about raw fish.
Ingredients for

3 slices Smoked Salmon
8 Prawns, cooked, shell on
4 Chives
8 stalk(s) Asparagus
4 Spring onion(s)
1 Avocado(s)
1 packets Sushi Ginger
4 Seafood Sticks
Soy sauce to taste
1/4 Cucumber
4 Sushi nori (toasted)
20 ml Rice vinegar (brown)
1 pieces Kombu
30 ml Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1/2 packets Wasabi
