Pastis MarinadeA great marinade for shellfish and fish.  A great aniseed flavour that brings out the delicate flavour of the fish.

3 tbsp Lime juice 
2 tbsp Fennel seeds 
2 tbsp Olive oil 
225 ml Wine (white, dry) 
3 tbsp Ricard Pastis 
Salt and pepper to taste
