Ginger and Sesame MarinadeA piquant marinade using all the sharp flavours of lemon and sherry. Brilliant for fish and shellfish and really easy to do.

Ingredients for   servings  
2 tbsp Ginger (fresh) 
2 Garlic clove(s) 
6 tbsp Lemon juice 
4 tbsp Shoyu sauce (soy sauce can be used instead)
1 tbsp Roasted sesame oil 
1 tbsp Sherry (dry) 
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
