Lemon and Herb Barbecued PorkThis has a really lemony fresh taste.  It is marinated for at least 12 hours so that the flavours really penetrate the meat, but then all you have to do is cook it on the barbecue for about 25-30 minutes.  Easy peasy!

675 g Pork tenderloin Tip! Pork tenderloin usually comes in pieces about 350g each. Allow 1/2 piece (about 175g) per person
115 ml Wine (dry, white)  
4 Lemon(s) 
2 tbsp Olive oil 
2 handful(s) Basil (fresh) 
3 handful(s) Parsley 
6 Garlic clove(s) 
Salt and pepper to season
